Do you know what network marketing is? It is also called multilevel marketing, it was created in the US in 1940 and popularized by Tupperware in the 50s.

This kind of sales is very powerful because each person may set up a team called downline and we can make a profit with the team. We get commissions from the team. It is the reason why it has become more and more popular and widespread over the last decades throughout the world, especially in the USA.

However does this business model truly work?

It does work if you work! It seems weird to tell that but it is proven. A heap of people would like to join this kind of business because they have heard a great deal about it, however they are not willing to make any efforts.

Residual income which is the keystone of this business model does not appear by magic, you have to implement a strategy and work consistently.

Therefore a lot of people are disappointed and claim that either it is a rip off or it does not work whatsoever. Let’s face it, many people in it make money and some of them make big money. Actually it gives the opportunity to get some perpetual residual income.

First of all you may sponsor some people but it is not compulsory, you do what you really want to do, it only hinges on your ambition, where you are and where you want to be in the future. Obviously the more affiliates you have the more income you create.

Basically network marketing is a challenge with yourself, your results depends on how much you are involved, how strong your determination is, how big your dreams are.

It is why in many companies you receive courses about self-development, which are very useful in order to achieve your goals, they empower you. As far as I am concerned I have received some powerful trainings which have enabled me to believe in my full inner potential and my might.

I want to emphasize one particular point, strong motivation is critically important nonetheless what entitles people to succeed too is DUPLICATION.

The key of success in this industry is to duplicate what you have learnt from your sponsor, a good sponsor makes you believe in the concept or not. He should give you the accurate mindset, the right thinking and the tools likewise. You duplicate what you learn, if you are taught in a bad way you duplicate in a bad way.

This business model does work if you implement the right rules and methods. In addition there is a great solidarity because YOUR success depends on the success of YOUR affiliates. You have to walk them through the entire process, mentor them, tell them what you have learnt and help them reach their objective.

It is very significant to be cognisant of that, because multilevel marketing is NOT for everyone.

Leadership is required to help your downline, your team is going to do the same things you did so as to reach the same results or even more. You must be a role model for the others.

Duplication, role model, leadership are some abilities you must get to make huge profit, and convey them to others. Nevertheless you can become successful in this industry with a handful of clients without getting great ambition also, it is all up to you.

What makes you succeed or not in network marketing is the power of the Master Mind.

The Master Mind may be defined as: “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose”. Basically it is a bunch of like-minded people who have the same objective and intention.

The nuts and bolts about network marketing is Attitude, the recipe of success is 80% attitude and 20% technics.

Next step, which company do you have to choose?

You have to choose the right company for YOU. It stands for that what is good for someone else is not necessary good for you. First, make sure that the company you intend to join is steady, serious thorough, and have a look at its history.

Keystone, pay attention to the product or the service you are going to sell, you must love the product, you cannot succeed in it if you do not love the product. Needless to say that the company and the product must be a perfect match with your own values. The compensation plan must be clear, simple and profitable.

As you join a good network marketing company this system will enable you to get residual income. In short it will work for you, isn’t that amazing?

Therefore you just have to make a decision to change your life and duplicate, it is that simple.

Generally speaking the majority of people thinks that the more you work the more you make money. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that is totally wrong.

It is common to think that, however it does not function like that.

The most important thing in order to reach your goal is not what you might think at first sight. Firstly you have to set your heart on what you really want to achieve, however the more energy you use does not necessary guarantee your success.

You can find a great deal of examples where some people focus all their energy on a particular goal, unfortunately they never reach their objective.

The key is your thinking, you must think in a positive way as well as you have to visualise your dream, no matter how big your dream is.

Nevertheless why do people who work hard make little money?

If you take massive action, but in a wrong way it can last for months on end without getting any results. Furthermore unlike the majority of people thinks, it is completely possible to earn money without effort or at least with much less effort than you could have thought possible.

I’ll explain how.

We have seen in one of my previous post “the training balance scale” (click here) on one side of the scale it is the thought process, and on the other side it is the actions. The WHY process and the HOW process.

If you don’t have the right thinking you can slog away for ages and not succeeding. As a result you are going to be discouraged, feeling down in the dumps and finally you may be on the brink of giving up what you were eager to get.

Hard work has not helped you reach your goal, thus hard work does not equal money.

Becoming wealthy has nothing to do with a donkey work, it has to do with the right idea, the right beliefs, the right actions. If you reckon that becoming wealthy has to do with intelligence you are on the wrong track.

Einstein was one of the smartest men throughout history even though he was not rich, the cleverest men are not the richest ones. On the other hand the richest are not the smartest, they only apply this simple formula IDEA, BELIEF, ACTIONS, continuously. You have to wipe out these kinds of beliefs which hold you back, some inner limiting beliefs must be eliminated.

Who doesn’t know anyone less smart than ourselves who makes money?

Your « IDEA » has not to be the best idea of the world, but you need one. Then you have to deeply believe in YOUR idea and finally you must take massive action consistently. That is the right approach and it is a far cry from working hard. So many people throughout the world work hard, are snowed under with their work and they dramatically fail however.

Your beliefs make you succeed. The wealthy have worked just during one period of time on their project consistently, and have always believed no matter how big or difficult their dream was, that success would occur one day.

Persistence is critically important likewise, in the main when people do not see results quickly they quit, they give up. Persistence enables you to continue building your project, and what feeds persistence? YOUR BELIEFS again.

When you have a burning desire for something, you CANNOT give up, because your thoughts and your gut tell you that you are on the right track, you know it you feel it. You are completely convinced that one day you will reach your goal.

It is the reason why you must not listen to others who always tell you, your objective is too high, your goal is too difficult, it’s not worth it, do not listen to them.

Although in doing so, most of the time your entourage really does want to help you, nevertheless do not listen to them, follow your dream your desire your intuition.

Remember that if you do not deeply believe in your goal, stop working hard because “hard work does not equal money”.
